Vehicle Integration Spec

Passio Inspector can integrate with an agency's vehicle list. To do this, we need a URL that we can GET that contains JSON that adheres to the following spec.

Here is a working URL that conforms to this spec:
https://app.passiotransit.com/api/v1/Internal/VehicleIntegration

Here is a working API call that pulls data from Demo Account:
https://app.passiotransit.com/api/v1/Internal/Vehicles?agency=4

The agency can be changed to any userId in Passio3.
